Delivery
We aim to deliver your items within four to seven working days of receiving payment, assuming your item is in stock in our shop.
We will notify you immediately of any delays and likely delivery dates for sepecial orders.
Our delivery charges are as follows:
UK: Free P&P for purchases up to £25.00. £6.00 P&P for purchases above this.
EUROPE: £3.00 P&P for purchases up to £25.00. £9.00 for purchases above this.
REST OF THE WORLD (including USA): £6.00 P&P for purchases up to £25.00. £14.00 for purchases above this.
All orders are fully insured whilst in transit.
Returns
For online purchases you are entitled to a full refund for an item within 14 days of despatch. Alternatively a credit note can be issued.
Personalised orders (including rings ordered to size) are non-refundable.
Please note postage and packaging charges are non-refundable, and the customer is liable for any tax and duties payable outside of the UK.
Please contact us (preferably by email) before returning any items.
Items must be returned in their original packaging in the condition in which they were received (unworn, undamaged).
Please inform us of any breakages within 48 hours of receiving the order.

We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
