Sarah Hickey @Work

Sarah Hickey studied Art History in London and jewellery design in New York, returning to Northumberland to set up her studio. Using freshwater pearls, crystals, hand cut semi - precious stones and corals, her work is inspired by the amulets and talismans of ancient cultures forged with a modern sense of style. Sarah uses hammering and time consuming wire wrapping techniques to execute pieces with great detail on a minute scale.
