@ Work’s first branch was established in 1998 in Brick Lane, now the design heartland of the East End. With a workshop to the rear for commissioned pieces their ethos is approachable and welcoming. Winners of Time Outs Best Independent Shop award, @ Work has made a name for itself as one of the U.K’s leading Contemporary jewellery galleries with an eye for original, well designed and affordable jewellery.
In 2005 @ Work opened their second branch in Pimlico, broadening their horizons west, where you can find a similar range of eclectic work in a beautifully designed gallery. The Pimlico branch also now offers beginners and intermediate courses in jewellery making in their fully equipped workshop, (call for details). The workshop is also available to hire to jewellery makers on a daily (£15) weekly (£60) or monthly (£200) basis. Both galleries are open seven days a week Mon to Saturday 11 - 6p.m and Sundays 10.30 - 5.30 (Brick Lane) and 12 - 5p.m (Pimlico).
